Alphabet for BMW

Alphabet, is a Mobility Smart App created as a companion for drivers of fleet vehicles.

The project: Direct the evolution of the rebrand, sculpting the App to become the central focus of BMW's car leasing business. Making Alphabet more digitally friendly/scalable. Responsible for the end-to-end result of new smart features to help drivers navigate issues found on long and short journeys. Features include Roadside recovery, Shell Smart Pay, Service booking and a fuel/charging point finder.
